Honey quiz
Which honey suits you?
Four questions, one minute – and we'll tell you which of our honeys to try first.
Question 1 of 4
Which flavours do you like?
The five possible results
- Acacia honey: Soft, gently sweet and runny for a very long time – the best for tea, lemonade and desserts. It's no accident that it's a Hungarikum (an official Hungarian national treasure).
- Milkweed honey: Light like acacia honey, but with a richer fragrance. Best on its own, straight from the spoon, and with fresh cheeses – it would be a shame to mask it.
- Wildflower honey: Full and rich in flavour, and a little different every year, depending on what was in bloom. It's our first recommendation for baking, and a good choice for every day too.
- Rapeseed honey: The first honey of the year: within a few weeks it crystallises into a creamy texture, so it spreads easily. Perfect for breakfast, on bread or on kalács (Hungarian sweet braided bread).
- Chestnut honey: Dark and bold, with a slightly bitter aftertaste – one for connoisseurs. Made for cheeses, meats, glazes and roast pumpkin.
