General Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms, in Hungarian ÁSZF) set out the conditions for using the website operated by László Vizer, registered small-scale farmer (őstermelő), and Ágnes Baranyai, registered small-scale farmer (őstermelő) (hereinafter together: the Provider), as well as basic information about our products and services.

2. Use of the website

The purpose of the website is to present our products, to provide information about our beekeeping activities and to enable contact with our customers.

2.1. Terms of use

• The website is free to use and can be accessed without registration
• The content of the website is protected by copyright
• The information on the website is for information purposes only
• The Provider reserves the right to change the content and structure of the website at any time

2.2. Limitation of liability

The Provider does everything it can to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date, but accepts no liability for any errors or omissions. The information on the website does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Our products and services

3.1. Product range

Our apiary offers the following main products:

• Honeys: acacia honey, wildflower honey, milkweed honey, rapeseed honey, chestnut honey, pine honey
• Flavoured and enriched honeys: honey with mint, honey with elderflower, honey with walnuts and honey with propolis
• Bee products: propolis tincture, royal jelly, bee pollen

3.2. Product descriptions

The product descriptions, images and pack sizes shown on the website are for information purposes only. The Provider reserves the right to change the product range and pack sizes. The composition of the products, their storage conditions and other important information can be found on the product packaging.

3.3. Prices

The prices shown on the website are for information purposes only and are in Hungarian forints (HUF). You can ask about current prices and discounts by phone or email. The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time.

3.4. Stock information

The stock information shown on the website may be up to date, but it is not guaranteed. Please ask about current stock before ordering.

4. Ordering and contact

4.1. Ordering process

Direct online purchase and payment are not possible through our website. You can order our products in any of the following ways:

• By phone: +36 20 479 5403 or +36 20 934 5376
• With the shopping list: on the product pages you can choose the products, the pack size and the quantity, as well as your preferred pickup and payment method. From this, the list prepares an email to baranyai.vizer@gmail.com, which you send from your own email program, amended as needed. The shopping list is not a basket: putting it together and sending it does not in itself constitute an order; the contract is concluded with the confirmation described in section 4.2.

• In person: at the Garay tér market and the Havanna market, or, by prior arrangement, at our home base (1204 Budapest, Nagyszeben u. 7.)

4.2. Order confirmation

We send confirmation of your order by email or by phone. The confirmation contains the products ordered, the quantities, the prices and the delivery/pickup details.

4.3. Payment methods

You can arrange payment for our products with us in the following ways:

• In cash
• By bank card
• By bank transfer (where agreed in advance)
• Cash on delivery (by individual agreement)

On request, we send a digital receipt for your purchase, but we also give paper receipts.

4.4. Delivery and pickup

Delivery methods and costs are agreed individually when you order. The options are:

• Collection in person at the Garay tér market and the Havanna market, or, by prior arrangement, at our home base (1204 Budapest, Nagyszeben u. 7.)
• Home delivery (the fee depends on the distance)
• Other pickup by agreement

5. Quality and guarantee

5.1. Product quality

Our honeys and bee products come from our own apiary, where we pay particular attention to quality and cleanliness. Our products comply with the applicable Hungarian and EU food safety regulations.

5.2. Complaints

If you experience any problem with one of our products, please let us know without delay. We aim to settle every complaint as quickly as possible, in accordance with consumer protection law.

Deadlines for complaints:

• Obvious defects: immediately upon receipt
• Hidden defects: within 8 days of discovery
• Warranty for defects (kellékszavatosság): 2 years from handover of the product

5.3. Right of withdrawal

Because of the nature of food products, which are perishable or have a limited shelf life, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the product has been received. In the event of a quality defect, however, you may of course exercise your rights under the warranty for defects (kellékszavatosság) and the product warranty (termékszavatosság).

6. Data protection

The Provider processes customers' personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation. You can find detailed information on data processing in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property rights

All content appearing on the website (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, software) is the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider or its licensors. Any copying, distribution, reuse or modification of the content is only permitted with the Provider's prior written consent.

8. Force majeure

The Provider is not liable for damage resulting from a breach of contract if the breach was caused by an unavoidable external cause (force majeure, vis maior). Force majeure includes in particular: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, strikes and measures taken by public authorities.

9. Miscellaneous provisions

9.1. Governing law

These Terms and the use of the website are governed by the laws of Hungary.

9.2. Dispute resolution

The Provider and the Customer aim to settle any disputes that may arise between them primarily amicably, through negotiation. If this is unsuccessful, the dispute will be heard by the court having subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction.

9.3. Consumer dispute resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer is entitled to submit a complaint to the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület):

9.4. Changes to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Amendments are published on the website and take effect on the day of publication.
