Mint and honey lemonade
Lemon and lime lemonade sweetened with honey with mint instead of sugar, plus fresh mint and plenty of ice. Ten minutes, no cooking.

The honey we recommend for this recipe: Honey with mint
The mint is already in it, so there's no need to make a separate sugar syrup. You'll need about 120 g of honey.
For a different flavour: Honey with elderflower – turns it into an elderflower lemonade.
Ingredients
- 120 ghoney (about 6 tbsp)(Honey with mint)
- 3lemons
- 1lime
- 100 mllukewarm water (40 °C at most)
- 1.2 lcold mineral water or soda water
- 1 handfulfresh mint

Method

Stir the honey into the lukewarm water until it has completely dissolved.

Squeeze the lemons and the lime, and pour the juice into the honey water.

Put the mint leaves in a jug and press them with a spoon to release their aroma.

Pour over the honey-lemon juice and the cold water or soda water, and add ice and a few lemon slices.

Taste it; if you like it sweeter, dissolve a little more honey in some lukewarm water and stir it in.
