The honey we recommend for this recipe: Honey with walnuts

The walnut pieces are already in the honey, so the filling is crunchier and nuttier, and since the honey isn't heated, it keeps its flavour. You'll need about 80 g of honey.

For a different flavour: Wildflower honey – makes a fuller, more characterful filling – add 20 g more walnuts.

    2. 2

Add the honey, soft butter and orange juice, and knead into a firm mixture that holds its shape. If it's too soft, add a little more biscuit.

    5. 5

Once the chocolate has set, wrap them in the wrappers.
